Service & Billing Policies
All consulting engagements are scoped and billed individually in United States Dollars (USD). Refunds are available for services not yet commenced. Partially completed engagements are refunded on a prorated basis. Completed deliverables are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
